Version 2 of the Level 2 files were posted and include updates through
2008.  Data before 2006 are largely unchanged.

Version 3 (V3) of the Level 2 (L2) files for US-Me3 were posted and
include data through 2009.  Data before 2009 were largely unchanged from
Version 2.  Details on CDIAC's processing of the original files provided
by Dean Vickers, Bev Law, & team to produce the V3 L2 files produced by
CDIAC may be found at
