Posted the first version (V1) of the Level 2, 3, and 4 files for the
1998 burn site (CA-NS7) in central Manitoba, Canada near the BOREAS Northern
Old Black Spruce site (NOBS).

Posted the second version (V2) of the Level 2 (L2) files for CA-NS7.  The
latest version provides data in the AmeriFlux network-wide conventions
including variable names, reporting intervals, and reporting units.
The data were relatively unchanged from V1 to V2.  Details on the
processing of the Level 1 files provided by Mike Goulden and team by
CDIAC to produce the V2 L2 files are provided at
