Posted the initial version of the Level 2, 3, and 4 files for the Freeman
Ranch Mesquite Juniper site (US-FR2).

Posted Version 2 of the Level 2 files for US-FR2.  Version 1 L2 files covered
the period July 2004 - July 2006.  These new L2 files cover the period January
2005 to December 2008.  The new data reflect reprocessed by Marcy Litvak & team and
include additional screenings to water vapor and pressure reportings.  Details
on the processing of the original files provided by Marcy Litvak and team by
CDIAC to produce these new Level 2 files are provided at
