Posted the first version of the Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 files for
the North Carolina loblolly pine site (US-NC2).

Posted version 2 (V2) of the Level 2 (L2) files for the US-NC2 site.
V2 contains corrected sign conventions for soil heat flux over the
entire period of record and provides updates through 2009.  Details on
the processing of the original files provided by Asko Noormets to produce
these V2 L2 files are provided at
