Posted the first version (V001) of the Level 2 (L2) files for the Barrow
(US-Brw) site in the U.S. state of Alaska.  Data cover the period 1998
to 2006.

Posted the first version (V001) of the Level 3 and 4 (L3 and L4) files for the Barrow
(US-Brw) site.  Data are provided for the years 1999 and 2001 only.

The second version (V002) of the L2 files for the US-Brw site were posted.
The V002 L2 files cover the period 1998 to 2007.  The V002 files conform
to the AmeriFlux file format conventions in terms of variable names,
units, and missing value representations.  Users should treat winter
data with caution due to the extreme measurement conditions at Barrow
during much of the year.  Details on the processing of the original files
provided Walt Oechel & team CDIAC to produce these latest L2 files are
