is the peer-reviewed academic publication of the Mid-Continent
Regional Science Association (MCRSA). In cooperation
with the Davis College of Business at Jacksonville University and the Department of Economics at Augustana University, it is published
on-line twice per year and is available in an open access
format as a service of the MCRSA membership. Annual membership
