Larry Levine

Senior Attorney, Water program

Larry Levine works on water quality and water efficiency issues, with a focus on the Northeast region and federal clean water policies. Much of his advocacy is focused on promoting green infrastructure as a solution to polluted urban runoff and raw-sewage overflows. Previously, he was a litigation fellow at NRDC; he has also worked as a clinical fellow in environmental law at the Georgetown University Law Center. Levine is a graduate of Tulane University and Yale Law School. He is based in New York City.
