Overview:
=========

This data set contains instrument raw data obtained by the Ion and
Electron Sensor (RPC-IES) onboard the ROSETTA spacecraft from the
Escort Phase 3 around comet comet 67P/churyumov-gerasimenko, for the 
time interval 01 Jul 2015 until 20 Oct 2015.

The ROSETTA project decided that the data would be archived in the PDS
