The NASA PDS Management Council Face-to-Face will meet at
the Doubletree in Columbia, MD.
Sessions will convene at 8:00 a.m. both days. They
will conclude at 6:00 p.m. on the first day and
4:00 p.m. on the second day.

Airports
Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) is
approximately 12 miles (20 minutes) away from
the hotel. Reagan Washington National (DCA) is
approximately 32 miles (50 minutes) away from
the hotel.
Ground Transportation
Taxicabs are available at the exits of each terminal at
each airport. The average one-way fare from Baltimore
Washington International (BWI) is $45.00 and from Reagan
Washington National (DCA) is $70.00.
A block of rooms has been held at the Doubletree Columbia.
Please call the hotel directly at 410-997-1060 and identify
yourself as a member of the NASA PDS Management Council to
make your reservation or Meeting attendees can go to this site
and book their rooms quickly and easily through the DoubleTree in Columbia.

Reservations must be made prior to Monday March 18. After this date, rooms
will be available on a space and rate availability basis.
The suggested check-in time is 3:00 p.m. with a
check-out time of 12:00 p.m. A major credit card
must be used to guarantee your reservation. To cancel a
reservation, you must contact the hotel directly by
6:00 p.m. the day prior to your anticipated arrival;
otherwise you will be charged one night's rate plus tax.
Parking at the Doubletree is free. Valet parking is not
available.
The per diem rates for the Columbia, MD area are
$105 plus tax for lodging and $61 for M&IE.
On travel days, you are eligible for 75% of the meal
per diem, which works out to be $45.75.
