IUVS CERTIFIED PDS4

    The Disk Bundle
The iuvs.:disk data bundle contains data products for imaging of the Martian disk. During the apoapse segment of MAVEN’s orbit the IUVS scan mirror traces out eight swaths that cover the entire disk and above the limb to 500 km or higher. A single swath is also taken during the outbound side segment of the orbit while IUVS is pointing at the disk.

Software Interface Specification (SIS) - Description of the instrument and data structures

    Raw Data

    Calibrated Data
A Instrument Log (csv) containing URN, orbit, wavelength interval and time can be used to select specific files.

    Processed data
Processed data are calibrated data that have been reduced by isolating emission features and implementing spacial binning to facilitate processing
A Instrument Log (csv) containing URN, orbit and time can be used to select specific files.

    Derived data
A Instrument Log (csv) containing URN, orbit, wavelength interval and time can be used to select specific files.

In addition to the above files the Mission Time Line (csv) can be used to select time intervals of interest. This file contains geometry parameters that are associated with the periapse of each orbit and supporting notes that will be updated and enhanced over time.
