This release of the Core Library is a component of the integrated release 5.1.0 of the PDS4 System. This is an operational release of the system components to date. The new or modified capabilities for this release are as follows:

• Includes the latest XML Schema and Schematron files generated from the PDS4 data model (1.4.0.0).
• Report if a given XML Schema or Schematron file is invalid.
• Enable reporting of line numbers for Schematron errors.
