This release of the Transform Tool is a component of the integrated releases 3.1.1 and 4.0.0 of the PDS4 System. This is an operational release of the system components to date. The new or modified capabilities for this release are as follows:

• Added support to transform PDS4 tables to a comma-separated values (CSV) file.
• Added support to transform PDS4 product labels into an HTML table.
• Update to create an output file using the target image file name with the user-specified format as the file extension when an output file is not specified on the command-line.
• Corrected an issue to recognize files ending with a ".img" as a PDS3 label.
