This is a maintenance release of the PDS Tools package, which includes minor fixes to the LABLIB3 library. NASAView will no longer be distributed with the Tools Package, as it will be available under its own separate downloadable package. The Mac distribution of the Tools Package now includes the OAL and LABLIB3 source. A makefile is included to build the OAL library.

The PDS Tools Package will go back to being available via .tar.gz and .zip files due to numerous issues that users were having with the InstallAnywhere application.
