PDS DATA DELIVERY : January 6, 2010

This is the first operational release of the Catalog Ingest Tool (CITool). This tool is intended to streamline the catalog submission process. The legacy process involves a myriad of tools and manual steps in order to ingest catalog files submitted by the nodes into the PDS central catalog.
