MRO: SHARAD

November 30, 2016. MRO Release 39 does not include any SHARAD data from either the U.S. or Italy team members. 

SHARAD (Shallow Radar) is a subsurface radar sounder that looks for water and ice in the first few hundred meters of the subsurface of Mars. SHARAD data sets are produced by the SHARAD Science Team.

Mars Orbital Data Explorer Mars Orbital Data Explorer - Provides search, display, and download  tools for SHARAD data sets.
  IDL scripts to create browse images - The two scripts in this zip file are used by PDS to generate the JPEG images in the browse directory. They may be useful as a model for reading the SHARAD data. (Last revised May 19, 2014.)
